March Is National Craft Month - Celebrate With Us!

March is National Craft Month - what a great time it is to discover a new craft or perhaps finish that work in progress, or start a new project in the craft that you already do. If you don't do any crafts but would like to find something to do there are so many possibilities, like scrap booking, crocheting, sewing, cross-stitch, knitting, painting and beading and these are just a very small list of what crafts are available to you. To celebrate National Craft Month look to your local craft store or community centre for any events that might be available to attend or surf the internet for activities and free on-line instructions and offers. This is also a fantastic time to introduce your kids to crafting! Crafting of any kind is a great creative outlet for kids, is fun, with projects available so that the whole family can participate and is something they will carry with them throughout their lives.
