Bead a Christmas Memory with Bead Shak!

The Christmas Holiday Season is full of tradition and memories. Each of us have family traditions that we follow that may have been handed down from moms and dads, grandparents and great grandparents. When we grow up and have our own families we start new ways of doing things and we end up combining the old traditions we grew up with, adding the new ones we have made with our own families. Part of many families Christmas tradition is to decorate the Christmas tree together with cherished ornaments that have been handed down from generations or ornaments that have been given as a gift that has a special meaning or one that was purchased to represent a particular moment in time. One of the most special ornaments are the ones that were hand made, especially with you in mind. Kids in school traditionally bring home Christmas ornaments that they have made for a class projects and those are the ones that we cherish the most and in turn they bring back memories that are heart warming and fun to remember! Doing crafts of any kind with your children is a great experience. Its fun, it enriches the time you spend with your kids, you will have as much fun as your kids do, it helps to bring out their creative side, they can make gifts for their friends, family and teachers. In years to come its so much fun to bring out all those crafty projects and remember when they were done, how much fun you had doing them, and when the times comes, to hand them down to their own children with the stories and memories that will come along with those long ago crafted projects. Creating great memories and tradition is very important, its a base for almost everything in life! Its not to late to start a crafting project with your family to help decorate that family Christmas tree or empty space on the wall and to may be start your own family tradition of taking a Saturday to craft before Christmas! ==================================== .·:*¨♥ Bead A Memory With Us ♥¨*:·. .·:*¨♥ Jenny and Jan ♥¨*:·. ================================== "Memory is a way of holding onto the things you love, the things that you are, the things your never want to lose" ================================== IceRocket tags: Christmas Ornaments, Christmas Traditions, gift giving ideas, gifts, presents, advertising, shopping, on line shopping, hobbies, crafts, beading, beaded banner patterns, memories, create a memory, seasonal, holidays, bead art, creative artists, creativity, crafting, blogs, needle crafts, bead supplies Technorati tags: Christmas Ornaments, Christmas Traditions, gift giving ideas, gifts, presents, advertising, shopping, on line shopping, hobbies, crafts, beading, beaded banner patterns, memories, create a memory, seasonal, holidays, bead art, creative artists, creativity, crafting, blogs, needle crafts, bead supplies

Bead Storage Tip!

A tip for storing your beads was sent to us by Ruthann who kindly allowed us to share her tip with you here: Ruthann wrote this to us: "I would like to share how I store my beads to take with me. I am a great grandmother to six grand children. I have found I like to store my beads in the Gerber baby food containers. And, then I put them in a covered container with a handle along with my other things I need for beading and etc.. I run the containers through the dishwasher [top shelf] when I get them from my grandchildren. They have covers that snap on and are wonderful. Being they are clear you can see what color beads you have in the containers. Just wanted to share." Thanks Ruthann for sharing such a great tip, we appreciate you taking the time to write to us! If you have any beading or craft tips we would love to hear from you and with your permission we will post them here to share with everyone! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- .·:*¨♥ Happy Shopping Everyone ♥¨*:·. .·:*¨♥ Jenny and Jan ♥¨*:·.
